Gluten-free setting?
Does this unit have a gluten-free setting, or adapted gluten-free recipes in cookbook? Also, has anyone owned this for years and NOT had problem with belt (between the two paddles) stretching? Thanks!

I have this bread machine and it does not have a gluten-free setting, it does have one recipe in the book-- but you can go to the bread makers site for other recipes. I have had no problems with this bread machine and I use it alot. Perfect bread every time!!
